What to include

You'll get a faster answer if your message covers:

• Your Windows version (10 or 11) and the UseAlibi version (shown in Settings)
• Your iPhone model and iOS version
• Which setup step or feature the problem happens on
• A screenshot of any error you see

Before you write

The FAQ answers the most common questions, and the in-app setup guide (Settings → Help) re-verifies every connection step — it clears up most "phone not detected" cases on its own.
